Orders are processed after payment confirmation. The customer will receive a tracking number. It may take up to 3 business days for movement to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on logistics, location, and external factors.
4. Promotional Gifts and Campaign Policy
Promotional gifts are offered while supplies last and may be limited to specific campaigns or minimum order values.
The type and value of promotional gifts may vary without prior notice.
Promotional gifts have no commercial value and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.
Luxvian reserves the right to replace promotional gifts with equivalent items at its discretion.

5. Size Variations
All products with size variations include a size chart available on the website. The customer is responsible for checking the measurements before purchasing.
Minor variations of up to 3 cm are considered acceptable and do not constitute a defect.
Exchanges due to incorrect size selection may only be possible upon payment of new shipping costs and any applicable additional fees.
6. Expectations and Quality
Photos and descriptions shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may present slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting, device settings, or production batches.
Subjective perceptions of quality do not constitute a defect as long as the product meets the stated technical specifications.
7. Delivery and Proof of Delivery
An order is considered delivered once the carrier registers the delivery at the provided address, regardless of who receives it (doorman, neighbor, family member, etc.).
Claims regarding “not received” orders will only be accepted after the maximum delivery time indicated in the Shipping Policy has passed and after a formal request has been submitted to support.
8. Limitation of Liability
Luxvian is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by third parties, force majeure, or unforeseen events (strikes, blockades, natural disasters, etc.).
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
9. Exchanges and Returns
