Shipping Policy – Luxvian

Luxvian operates exclusively as an e-commerce (online store) and ships both nationally and internationally. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing
Processing begins only after payment confirmation. Internal processing may take up to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Tracking
After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 3 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking and being available at the provided delivery address.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates. The maximum delivery time is up to 28 business days.
Delays caused by customs clearance, strikes, blockages, weather conditions, or force majeure do not constitute a breach of contract.
4. Proof of Delivery
Delivery is considered completed once the shipment status shows “Delivered” in the carrier’s system.
Acceptance by third parties (doorman, neighbor, family member) is considered a valid delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address.
5. Delivery Attempts and Reshipment
If an order is returned due to recipient absence, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
6. Non-Delivery Claims
Claims will only be accepted after the maximum delivery time has passed.

Before any final resolution, a formal inquiry will be opened with the shipping carrier.
7. Costs and Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the order volume/weight.
Customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
For returns, the provisions of the Return and Refund Policy apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
Luxvian is not responsible for:

Order Cancellation
Order processing begins immediately after payment confirmation. Therefore, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after checkout.
If the order is already in transit, the customer must wait for delivery and follow the return procedure.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

We currently ship within Europe.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, customs procedures, or delays from the shipping carrier.

We work with reliable shipping carriers. After shipment, the customer will receive a tracking number via email.

Order Issues

If an order is marked as delivered but was not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or the carrier before contacting customer service.
Undelivered Packages
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
If the registered address in the system is incorrect, we will contact the customer to request a correction.
The customer has up to 2 business days to respond.
If no response is received, the order will be shipped to the closest possible address based on the information available in the system.
Luxvian reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will always apply.
