Return, Exchange and Refund Policy – Luxvian

1. Exchange and Return Period

Customers may request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date the product is received.


2. Conditions for Acceptance

  • The product must be in perfect condition.

  • The original packaging and seals must be intact.

  • Clear photos/videos must be provided to prove the product’s condition.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance.

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.

  • Free gifts and promotional items.

  • Size variations of up to 3 cm.

  • Minor color variations.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed defects.


5. Return Procedure

Processing may take up to 30 days.


6. Inspection and Approval

The inspection process may take up to 15 business days after receiving the returned product.


7. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, with administrative and shipping fees deducted when applicable.


8. Manufacturing Defects

Must be reported within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, including photo/video proof.


9. Size Variations

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the size chart before making a purchase.


10. Response Time

Requests are answered within 48 business hours.


11. Changes

The version of the policy valid at the time of purchase will apply.

Return Period

We accept returns and refunds within 3 days after delivery.
After this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.


Order Processing and Cancellations

Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Cancellations or changes are only possible within 24 hours after purchase.

  • After shipment, cancellation is only possible after delivery and in accordance with the regular return procedure.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Must be reported within 24 hours after receipt.

  • Photo proof is required.

  • In cases of confirmed defects, Luxvian will cover the shipping costs.


Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

  • If due to company error or confirmed defect, Luxvian will cover the cost.

We recommend shipping with tracking.


Exchanges

  1. Request the return of the current item.

  2. After approval, place a new order.
